It was the perfect spot for our first picnic this winter
When I was unemployed, I became experts at making my own food and not going out to eat. I’m doing my best to continue with these habits even though it’s no longer a financial necessity. For my picnic lunch, I made beef sandwich, and drinks.

In fact, we cycling every day, n some people drunk every night .
We call them “drunkard squad". Even though we aren’t wine tasters, but the passion for drinking n cycling are unbreakable!
Our team is a part of our family, we drink n chill together every night. Even though we drink n ride a lot, never lose our control, that is why we are still alive.
There are riders in our team which don’t drink or smoke at all. however they look like a natural drunk anyways, for that reason they are a part of our team too!

This frame is my third frame.
It’s one of the best values in a true high performance track frame, the Look 464 uses the same world class geometry as the coveted Look 496. TIG welded of variable thickness aluminum to Look’s precise standards. Replaceable rear dropout plates guarantee solid axle grip for even the most powerful sprinters. Matched to a specially reinforced Look full carbon track fork. Includes 1 1/8″ FSA integrated headset. Frame weight is 3.5 lbs and carbon fork weighs 374 grams with uncut steerer. Fits 68mm English bottom bracket and 31.6 seatpost. Fork is drilled for front brake.
The diagonal tube is oversized to increase the frame’s rigidity. Its drop of water shape ensures for its part good aerodynamic performances.
The fork of the AL 464 P is a 100% carbon fork (pivot included). It is both lightweight and ultra-resistant. Its carbon composition benefits of special reinforcements for its use on the track. Its lateral rigidity has been notably increased. It also approaches an aerodynamic profile with branch sections creating minimum turbulences.
